 1.    BLISS MEDITATION


                                                                                                       
 Breathe, breathe
Focus on the stream of energy coming
Into the nostrils
Breathing happens to you

                                               

You do not have to do anything at all
Slowly take the breathe to the belly
Feel the stream of thoughts slow down
Just thoughts moving in space
Floating away
You do not have to do anything at all

Breathe as Peace enters your body
Peace without thoughts, without  Mind
Just you and God within
In a state of togetherness
In a state of Union
You do not have to do anything at all
Be 
In a state of Bliss
Breathe. Feel bliss
Bliss…..
Feel God’s Presence
In your body
                                               
You are totally looked after
Energy within you, energy all around
You are part of this whorl
Of energetic Love and
Purity, Bliss and Peace
Inaction
You do not need to do anything at all
Allow what needs to happen, to happen

Let any memory that comes, go
Let it go…..
Let any emotion that comes, go
Let it go…..
Do nothing, nothing at all
Let any fear or judgement that arises
Let it go
It is not of God
It is the unreal
It is  temporary
It is the unconscious
Let it go

In it’s place
Be the experiencer
Be the Bliss, the Stillness
Be the Bliss, the silent
Present Awareness

                                                 2. GOLDEN BEACH MEDITATION


Prepare yourself for meditation. Create a quiet atmosphere. Switch electronic equipment and phones off. Ensure that there are no distractions. Ensure that pets are quiet and comfortable where they will not be a distraction. Be warm and comfortable and not hungry. Do not meditate immediately after a meal.

Spine erect.
Hands cupped over one another, left one on top, right holding left.
Thumbs touching and pointing towards navel.
Breathe
Focus on the sound of the breath as it flows into and out of the body
Without making a sound.
In and out.
Become aware of the Heartbeat.
Then become aware of external sounds
First those near you
Then further and further away
Then more far away.
Follow one particular sound for a few minutes, then let it go.

Now take consciousness to soles of feet
Feel energy moving there
Take consciousness to knees and back of knees
Feel energy moving there
Take energy to navel centre
Feel energy moving there
Draw navel centre to back of spine and let go of Breath.

Slowly count from 54 backwards. Very slowy.

Now imagine a deep dark well
Going down, going down
There is a circle of Light at the top
With a spiralling staircase going down
Into a deep dark velvety well

There are creatures all around
Hear the sounds of the creatures and sense who they are
Go deeper.
The creatures, insects, or animals are becoming transparent
The transparent flying  creatures fly without touching you.
They watch you then fly past
Green translucent eyes watch you
Downwards you go, darker and darker
Softer and Softer

Then you drop down
Onto a Golden Beach
Everything around you is bathed in golden light
You look at the beach
Objects of indescribable beauty surround you.
Golden pebbles, pink shells, dolphins jumping near the shore.
All is connected. All has knowledge of the other.
Feel the objects. Walk and touch the golden sand
Listen to the gulls and waves.
And observe the tiny waves near the shore.
See yourself in your best clothes, whatever makes you feel light and lovely

Walk down the beach
You come to a high wall opposite the shore
There you see a gate in the wall.
Open the gate after examining it.
As you open it you see an exquisite garden of flowers.
Roses, daisies, ponds with lilies, fruit trees with ripe juicy fruit
Choose a tree to sit under or a rock or the green grass

As you sit a Being of Light appears before you
The only thing you can see at first, is a bright white light
The being gives you a message, or a gift or a colour
Just for you
Feel its perfection and uniqueness
Touch it with the tips of your fingers
Accept with gratitude
Feel a communion with the Being

After a while the being starts to leave you
You sense it is time to leave the garden
Go back towards to beach
And find the well you came down from
There is no rush. Slowly. Take your time.
Past and Present and Future is all one
You are here, nowhere else.

You go up the well
Somehow it is different
Lighter, friendlier
It is as if you are flying up the well, fully energised
Bringing with you some of the beauty you experienced on the Beach and in the Garden


When you reach the top of the Well
Cover your heart centre
Feel a golden mist surround you
Under your hands feel a Golden Egg
When you feel it, the egg bursts open
Inside is a tiny  golden being of Love
You realize that this being is You

This being loves you
Send out love to all your family and friends
All in hospital
All who are sick in some way or the other

Then slowly send yourself Love
Wriggle your toes and fingers
Slowly open your eyes
Relax and get up when you are ready.




                                                                  3. JOY MEDITATION     

Breathe slowly
Very slowly, very slowly
Take the breath to the belly area
Take your awareness to the belly area
Feel the life there
Feel  energy there

Feel a line of energy from the top
Of your head, running through your
                                                                        Body to your navel,  a line of joy
                                                                        You are in your body
                                                                        You are nowhere else
                                                                        Feel joy in your body
                                                                        The energy of joy in the here and the now

                                                                        The past is past, the future is still to come
                                                                        We are here in the now
                                                                        Joy is here
                                                                        In the stillness of the Now
                                                                        Breathe, the miracle of the breath
                                                                        Formless, spaceless, timeless, alive
                                                                        Energy without thought or judgement

                                                                        Take joy to your heart area
                                                                        Breathe the breath of aliveness
                                                                        Into your body
                                                                        Into your heart
                                                                        Feel the energy moving
                                                                        Alive, oooo, that is wonderful
                                                                        You are alive, in the here and now
                                                                         Feel rapture in your heart
                                                                        An opening up
                                                                        Pure energy, spaceless, timeless
                                                                        You are He, speechless, still
                                                                        Alert, quiet, opening up space
                                                                        Releasing
                                                                        Slowly breathing
                                                           
                                                                        Take a few minutes to
                                                                        Feel the body on the ground
                                                                        Come back the physical world of time.

4. ECSTACY/RAPTURE MEDITATION : TO UNLEASH FEAR AND ANXIETY

  1. Breathe deeply. Several times to centre yourself.
  2. Now breathe with your whole body. Your whole body breathing. …
  3. Continue breathing….
  4. Absorb the oxygen into the cells of your body.
  5. Instruct your mind to calm your breath and then take the breath to your belly area around your navel so that the sound and vibration of RAPTURE unleashes any memory of fear and anxiety lodged in solar plexus area . Repeat the words Rapture, Rapture, Rapture.
  6. Breathe deeply right into your joints, hip joint, elbow joints, neck area.
  7. Absorb RAPTURE  into the body.
  8. Take your consciousness to belly area. Absorb energy all around you. Go within. Let the energy around and within unleash rapture, dissolve fear.
Fear and anxiety is only a thought.
  1. Repeat the words ECSTACY, ECSTACY, ECSTACY. Breathe. Absorb the sound into your navel.
  2. Feel the energy of ECSTACY unleash fear and anxiety..
  3. Feel the colour of ecstacy, its texture, its vibrancy. Is it soft ? Moist?, Luminous ? Striking ?
  4. Dissolve Fear and Anxiety with Ecstacy. Feel the fear run down your legs into Mother Earth.
  5. Fill the space of fear in your cells with the colour of Love. It could be any colour at this stage. Gold. White. Purple. All the colours of the Rainbow.
  6. Smell the colour of Ecstacy. Bring it down from the Universe from the top of your head, down the spine, into the belly area, into the cells of your body, into the very DNA, down your legs, through the soles of your feet, into the Earth.
  7. Ecstacy. Be the Source of Ecstacy and Rapture. Be a channel of Ecstacy and Rapture. Feel these vibrations in your hands, your feet, your eyes, your voice.
  8. Now give Gratitude to All that is, To God, to Divine Consciousness that is Light and Love. 


5. PULLING THE SOUL DOWN AND BECOMING ROOTED


Prepare yourself for meditation. Create a quiet atmosphere. Switch electronic and other gadgets off. Ensure that you will not be interrupted. Be comfortable and warm.

Breathe in deeply.

Breathe in RED
Hold the colour about 2 inches below the navel.
Release the red into your body.
Feeling it energizing your system and purifying your blood
Breathe in EARTH BROWN.
Hold the colour and release into the body.
Feel it connecting you to the Earth.

Breathe in Golden Yellow
From the Centre of the Sun
Feel it streaming down into the centre of your skull
Hold and Release into your body.

Continue Breathing
Now focus at the top of your head, below fontanelle. Find a point there
Drop that point into the Heart Centre between the two nipples.
Breath into that Centre, behind the breastbone
Now drop this point to the navel centre at the solar plexus
Pull the Golden Yellow from the Sun into the Navel Centre
Now draw the navel back towards the Spine



6. LIVING IN THE MOMENT MEDITATION                 

Everything I need at this moment I have
I am eternally grateful for it
I joyously live in this moment
In this minute as I breath in life, love and  light
I look forward to the next moment
With great pleasure as I know
That my Creator has filled it with
Wonderful Blessings :
My mind, my body, my soul
His Spirit within my heart
My heart and lungs
The sea, the mountains, the air I breathe
The Earth I walk on.

I choose to live in the here and now
As I release the past and
Leave the future in God's hands.

In this moment I am perfect, complete and universal
I know that God totally loves and supports me

I am part of All-that-is
I am life itself
I know that I have the strength to meet
The challenges put before me

Sink your whole body into the Earth and Relax
Breathe in deeply
See yourself standing tall and firm on the Earth
See and feel yourself connected to Earth and all around you

Breathe.
Start sensing your surroundings
Wriggle the toes
Wriggle the feet
Slowly open the eyes when ready.
